If you’re in Grades 7–12, step into our cutting-edge and reimagined Madrichim Program as a Guide & Teaching Assistant on Sunday mornings or Wednesday afternoons, where you’ll supercharge your Jewish learning and unleash your leadership potential, all while making a real difference in younger students’ lives. 

Through our Madrichim Leadership Seminar (MLS) with Melyssa Zive, you’ll master fresh teaching and leadership techniques you can use immediately in the classroom, build a tight-knit support squad of fellow madrichim, and hear from inspiring guest speakers who’ll help you sharpen life skills to tackle any challenge. You’ll also learn how to engage and empower a vibrant, diverse range of learners, turning every moment into an opportunity for growth. Ready to hit the ground running?
